HS&E Statement
Quadrant Chemical recognizes the
importance of safety, health and the
environment voluntarily complying with
all federal, state, and local regulation,
including OSHA. We will manage operations
to prevent injury to our employees, the
residents of our community and to all
visitors to the plant. We pledge to provide
each employee a place of employment free
from recognized hazards that are likely to
cause harm. While zero accidents/illness/injuries
is the goal, this policy also establishes post
injury or disability management procedures
to help injured employees, quality medical
care, modified duties in a productive capacity
for recuperating and a rapid return to work
where possible.
Safety and health are an integral part of our
daily business functions. Management and
supervision are responsible for enduring
employees and are trained to perform work
safely to abate safety hazards, and to report
and investigate mishaps and potential
safety hazards in the workplace.
Employees are trained and expected to
participate in all phases of our safety and
environmental plan and to conduct their
daily tasks in a manner consistent with its
objectives and regulations. Safety and health
are responsibilities that must be shared
equally and without exception by each
individual in the organization.
