McKINNEY, TEXAS- Quadrant Chemical Corp., McKinney, TX and Jamieson Associates, Inc., Garland, TX announce a merger of the two companies. Terms were not disclosed.

The combined Company shall operate as Quadrant Chemical Corp. with two Divisions, the Formulated Products Division and the Toll Converting & Packaging Division. Each Division will maintain its prior manufacturing sites with Accounting and HR functions being consolidated at the McKinney, TX site. Company Headquarters will be in McKinney, TX.
